These decals are silk-screened, waterslide decals, just like you'd find in higher-end model car kits. They're printed by Microscale, which does a lot of decals for the model railroad hobbyist. With these decals, you'll be able to replicate specific 1:1 cars on bodies by Aurora tjet, Aurora AFX, Tyco, Tomy, or SlotCarInnovations, and various other manufacturers.
If you're lucky enough to have Jason Boye's cars, we're making decals to fit those, too.
C&R Racing 001 -- Generic numbers and roundels. This sheet of generic numbers and roundels has a roundel for any size body. $3 each, 2 for $5.
C&R Racing 002 -- Porsche 956/962 decal. This sheet turns your Tyco/Tomy Porsche 956 into the famous Jagermeister car. $5 each.
C&R Racing 003 -- Lotus 30/40. This decals turns the C&R Racing Lotus 30/40 (or the Claus Heupel Lotus 30/40) into the Jim Clark 1965 Riverside car, or the Clark or AJ Foyt 1965 Nassau version, or several other versions. I used this decal on my Greg Davis Mercedes CLK, and it looks great (photo of that to come). $5 each.
C&R Racing 004 -- Ferrari 250LM. This decal turns the SlotCarInnovations Ferrari 250LM into two different David Piper cars: the 1965 Nurburgring car and the 1965 Sebring car. The SCI versions of the decal should fit most AFX-sized bodies. If you're lucky enough to have the Jason Boye Ferrari 250LM, there's a set for that car on the sheet, too. $3 each, 2 for $5.
C&R Racing 005 -- Ferrari 250LM. This decal turns the SlotCarInnovations Ferrari 250LM into a replica of the car that Bob Grossman drove in the 1965 Bridgehampton Double 500. The SCI version should fit most AFX-sized bodies. There's a set for the Boye version, too. $3 each, 2 for $5.
C&R Racing 006 -- Porsche 917-10. This decal turns the AFX Porsche 917-10 into a replica of Vic Elford's Jagermeister-sponsored car that he ran in the Interserie (the European version of the CanAm). It comes with the Jagermeister 956 decal (C&R 002) because you need the Jager bullet...should fit most AFX cars. And that Porsche banner on the side? Fits the marquee of the Aurora dual pit building. $5 each.
C&R Racing 007 -- Generic Aurora stripes, the same width and spacing as the stripes on your Tjets. And of course, more not-so-round roundels. $3 each, 2 for $5.
